Warranty and statutory guarantee
Two years by law. Three years if you register.
Statutory guarantee
The statutory guarantee runs for two years from the date of purchase. It covers defects that were already present at the time of purchase.
Warranty extension to three years
Three years instead of two if you register your ello. This is done through the customer portal, see below.
Servicing
Have your ello serviced once a year by your retailer. The retailer search finds the nearest medical supply store for you.
